Commercial Real Estate Leaders Merge to Form Figure Eight Properties

In an announcement that celebrates the union of several long-term collaborators in commercial real estate, Figure Eight Properties brings together diverse, multi-generational real estate expertise that spans more than 85 years.

Headquartered in West Hartford, CT, Figure Eight Properties includes partners Bruce and Harris Simons (of Simons Real Estate Group), Steven C. Neiditz (of M.J. Neiditz & Company), commercial real estate investor Jeffrey Digel and retail developer Richard S. Korris.

“With our complementary commercial real estate experience, it was a natural decision for us to go into business together,” explained Bruce Simons, a partner at Figure Eight Properties. “We are all energized at the prospect of working together on new projects and at identifying greater value for our clients.”

Figure Eight Properties manages a distinguished portfolio of more than 50 properties from Connecticut to Texas. The partners work with a rapidly growing group of investors, owners, retailers and users on services ranging from development, redevelopment, brokerage and financial management.

Each of the partners brings a successful track record through multiple cycles of the real estate market, as well as the drive to uncover the next opportunity. Figure Eight Properties offer their partners and clients a rare depth of experience, paired with the agility of entrepreneurs who can identify and capitalize on opportunities.
