Kim originally joined Figure Eight Properties in June of 2013. She is currently Property and Leasing Manager and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Connecticut. Her direct responsibility is third party property management contracting that includes office, medical, retail and special use facilities. She is fully responsible for day-to-day management, leasing, administration, budgeting, financial reporting, operations, maintenance and capital planning and oversight of capital projects for each property.
Kim took a 2-year hiatus to further enhance her skill set to work as Senior Associate with Construction Insight. She worked as a third-party consultant for lenders and real estate professionals during due diligence periods. She completed development plan and budget reviews for new construction and renovation projects. Additionally, she completed commercial property condition assessments in accordance to ASTM standards. She also completed asset review for long-range capital planning, commercial construction loan administration, payment requisition reviews and site inspections for commercial construction projects ranging from $4-100 mm
Prior to Figure Eight she was a Commercial Real Estate Manager with Jordan Properties for almost 14 years. She focused her time on property management, real estate research, acquisitions and re-development. In total, Kim has over 19 years in the industry. She is a graduate of Albertus Magnus and holds a BBA and a member of REFA.
