About Tom
Tom has served as the Director of Property Management for Figure Eight Properties, formally Simons Real Estate Group, since April of 1990. He is directly responsible for the property management functions for all properties in Connecticut. His specific management responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of budgeting, lease administration, financial administration, risk management, maintenance and long term financial projections for various properties.
Prior to joining Simons Real Estate Group, he served as Assistant Vice President for a Hartford based real estate management firm, and as a controller and Assistant Vice President in the property management division of a national real estate firm based in Wallingford, CT. Mr. Bergeron graduated Magna Cum Laude from BryantUniversity. In addition to being a CPA, he received the designation of Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), is a member of BOMA, the National Apartment Association, Society of Property Professionals, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed salesperson in the State of Connecticut.
